Finnish and Serbian researchers identified milk-derived di- and tripeptides that have antihypertensive properties, which they published in the journal Nutrition Research.
In sum, the researchers recommend exploring milk di- and tripeptides for use in functional food, as well as a natural alternative to ACE inhibitor drugs.
